Unfortunately not - to place an order with Troo Health Care you'll need to register for an account. We've moved to a registered-only checkout to make managing your orders, subscriptions, loyalty points and delivery preferences easier in one place.

Creating an account is quick: You'll need an email address and a password - that's it. Registration takes under a minute and you only need to do it once. Head to the login page and select "Register" to get started.

Why we ask you to register: Having an account means you can view your order history, track deliveries, manage your Subscribe & Save subscriptions, and save your delivery address for future orders. It also means our support team can find your order instantly if anything ever needs resolving.

If you've shopped with us before: 
If you've placed orders in the past, you may already have an account - try entering your email address on the login page and using the "Forgot password" link if you can't remember your password. Many returning customers find their account is already there waiting.

If you're having trouble registering:
If you're not receiving a confirmation email after registering, check your spam folder. If the registration page isn't loading or is producing an error, try a different browser or clear your cache and try again.
