We accept PayPal for standard orders but our Subscribe & Save service can only be set up using card payment. If Paypal is not showing during checkout it must be because you have your product set up for a subscription delivery interval. You can continue to set this up but will have to use card payment. Alternatively, switch your delivery back to 'Deliver Once' and then go through checkout again to pay by PayPal as a standard order.
