As part of the process the system sends you an email with a link in it from which to reset your password. The reset emails usually come through quickly but may take up to an hour. 


Password reset emails occasionally cause problems, and it's nearly always one of a small number of things. Here's what to try before contacting us.

The link has expired: Reset links are only valid for 7 days. If you've clicked the link more than 7 days after it arrived, it will no longer work. The fix is simple: go back to the login, click "Forgot password" again, and use the new link straight before it expires.

The link is opening an insecure page warning: A small number of browsers and security tools show a "this page may not be private" warning when following password reset links from email. This is a known issue related to how some email clients rewrite links. If you see this warning, try copying and pasting the full URL directly into a fresh browser tab instead of clicking the link in your email client. This usually resolves it.

The email hasn't arrived: Check your spam or junk folder -password reset emails occasionally end up there. If it's not in spam either, wait a few minutes and try requesting another reset. If you're still not receiving anything, it's possible the email address you're entering doesn't match the one on your account -try any other email address you might have used when you first registered.

The link isn't going anywhere when you click it: Some email apps on mobile, particularly older versions, don't handle links in plain-text emails reliably. Try opening the reset email on a desktop or in a different browser (Chrome or Firefox tend to work well).

You're using Safari and the link won't open: A small number of customers have found that Safari blocks the reset link due to privacy settings. Switching to Chrome or Firefox usually solves this instantly.
