When you place an order on our site the final page you should see is confirmation of order with an order number. At that point an email should be automatically sent to you confirming your order. If neither of these things happened then there may have been. problem with your order. To check please either email email@example.com or call us on 0845 122 2102 or 0131 440 7668.
