We ship to UK addresses only - including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Islands. We don't currently ship to destinations outside the UK.
Delivery costs (UK)
Free UK delivery is available on:
- Any one-off order over £35
- Every Subscribe & Save order, regardless of value. This applies to your first subscription order as well as every repeat order after that.
Free delivery is sent by Royal Mail 48 - target 2–3 working days.
For UK orders under £35 (non-subscription), a standard delivery charge applies, shown at checkout. Upgraded delivery options are also available at checkout for an additional charge - see below.
Paid delivery options
If you'd like a faster service or a guaranteed delivery time, you can choose from these at the checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - target 2–3 working days, tracked, no signature
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - target next working day, tracked, no signature
- Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed next working day by 1pm, fully tracked
Paid options are shown at stage 3 of checkout and the price varies depending on your order's size and destination.
Dispatch timings
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, are shipped the next working day.
About delivery times
Royal Mail's stated delivery windows are targets, not guarantees. The only Royal Mail service that comes with a guaranteed delivery time is Special Delivery. That said, the large majority of orders arrive comfortably inside the target window, and if anything goes wrong we'll always work to put it right - please email myorder@troohealthcare.com if your order doesn't arrive when expected.
