Each subscription order is charged at the active retail price at the time the order is placed, less your subscription discount. So if we've changed our prices since you first set up your subscription, your next order will be charged at the new discounted subscription price.

We review our pricing periodically. Following our most recent review (April 2026), the structure is now weighted to give subscribers the best value: the biggest savings sit on Subscribe & Save orders, and we've kept one-off pricing competitive without it being where the strongest discounts apply. If you're a regular customer, subscribing is the most cost-effective way to buy from us.

Your subscription discount is always applied to the current price - it doesn't matter whether prices have gone up, down, or stayed the same since you subscribed. You're always getting a discount on what we're charging at that point in time.
