In the rare event that you receive your order and the full contents are not in the package then please contact us and let us know. We usually ship all items of an order together (assuming they were ordered at the same time) so if the full contents are not there it is likely it was a packing error. In this instance we will ship out the missing item(s) on the next available shipping day.
