We usually ship orders promptly. Any order that is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) is shipped same day by the delivery method chosen at point of order. We usually mark orders as shipped at the end of each shipping day and our system will automatically send an email you to confirm shipment. You can also check the delivery status of your order from within your account:

- Click on your name at the top of the screen to access your account page
- Select the 'Order History' tab.
Here you should be able to see a list of all the orders you have placed along with shipping status and any customer service notes if applicable. If you have placed an order that has not been shipped and you feel it should have been then please contact us and we will look into it for you.
