- login to your account at https://www.troohealthcare.com/signin.aspx
- when logged in click on your name at the top of the screen. If on a mobile device you click in the outline of a person next to the shopping basket.
- Select 'Manage Payment Cards'
From here you can add or delete payment cards to your account. When you add a new payment card we automatically charge you 1p which is immediately refunded so that a unique token can be allocated to your card. This means that your card can be securely used on our website without us ever storing your full card details anywhere.
If you want to allocate any new card to an existing scheduled order you can do so within the 'Scheduled Orders' section.
