To change your payment card you should do the following:
- Login to your account at https://www.troohealthcare.com/login
- When logged in click on your account icon
at the top right of the screen near the shopping basket icon and select 'My Account'.
- Select 'Manage Cards' from the menu.
From here you can add or delete payment cards to your account. You can add more than one card if you wish, and set a preference as to which card you want to be the default payment method.
When you add a new payment card we automatically charge you 1p which is immediately refunded so that a unique token can be allocated to your card. This means that your card can be securely used on our website without us ever storing your full card details anywhere.
Adding or Changing a Card on a Mobile Phone
The process is similar on a mobile phone. First click the 'My THC' account iconat the top of your screen and select 'My THC'.
Now Click on th blake 'Account Menu' bar and select 'Manage Cards' from the list. This will open the manage cards screen and from there you can add and/or delete your payment cards.
