To get new products added approved for organic sale and added to the trading schedule need to:

• THC DA27222 - Submit a single ingredient specification form (SIPS) so that new products can be added to our trading schedule. When completing our SIPS form, they can include the finished product names as opposed to submitting a MIPS. A copy of this specification form can be downloaded from the SA website here.
• Retail Labels - Once retail labels are ready, email them for review. Products cannot be approved until SA have reviewed them.
• Task Fulfilment DA27212 - Submit a single ingredient specification form (SIPS) so that new products can be added to their trading schedule. When completing our SIPS form, they can include the finished product names as opposed to submitting a MIPS. A copy of this specification form can be downloaded from the SA website here.

You cannot legally market new products until they have been approved under all applicable requirements for the scope of certification, and added to the trading schedule(s).
