You can re-set your password by following the instructions on this page: http://www.troohealthcare.com/t-password.aspx

The important thing to remember is that the password sent to you by our system is temporary - the first time you use it you will be asked to change it. When you are prompted re-enter the temporary password (i.e. the one we email to you) into the box that reads 'Old Password'.

In the box labelled 'New Password' type a new password that you would like to change your password to. Confirm this in the box below and click 'change password'.

You will have now changed your password and will be able to login in using this going forward.

Please Note: please be careful if you copy/paste the temporary password from your email. If you accidentally copy any spaces either side of the password these will count as characters and will cause the temporary password not to work.
